• Brush gently daily
• Avoid rubbing or pulling

Facials

• Skip exfoliating for 24–48 hours
• Use SPF daily
• Follow your personalised skincare advice

Waxing

• Avoid tight clothing for 24 hours
• No hot baths, saunas, or swimming for 24 hours
• Moisturise regularly

Injectables

• Apply a cool compress if needed
• Avoid strenuous activity for 24–48 hours
• Do not massage treated areas
